Anne Cook Artist
Oblivious to the Burbling
Anne was born in Philadelphia, and grew up in Broomall, Pa. When she was 7 years old, she attended a Van Gogh exhibition at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and it was then that she knew that she wanted to be an artist. In addition to regular visits to the museum, she traveled in the US and Canada, and visited New England in the summer.
She holds a BFA from Tyler School of Art, Temple University in Philadelphia and Rome, with a major in painting. She was enrolled in the Tyler Abroad Program in Rome, Italy during her Junior year.
She presently resides in the Boston area. She has received many commissions for private clients, publishers and institutions.
