Through public art, exhibitions, and educational programs, the Revolving Museum promotes artistic exploration and appreciation. We encourage community participation and growth, and provide opportunities for individual empowerment and collective change.

As a successful artistic innovator in the city of Lowell, the Revolving Museum provides transformative youth programs for youth ages 12-22. The museum’s talented artists and educators expose them to the creative process and introduce them to new ideas, skills and life opportunities through after school and summer programs.
